Handpicked by Master Butchers, these perfectly portioned 8 oz. bison filet mignon tenderloin steaks are a classic choice for upscale entertaining. Clean and rich with a delicate, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture, these steaks are sure to impress. Bison is lean and cooks three times faster than beef. We recommend grilling or pan frying on a cast iron skillet to an internal temperature of 120-140 degrees. Case includes 2 Bison Sweet Heart Filet Mignon Tenderloin Steaks, 8 ounces each.

Shipping Information

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. It will be carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable gel packs designed to maintain your items in good fresh condition for up to 48 hours. Orders are shipped frozen via UPS 2 day service Monday- Wednesday, you will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Please note, however, that frozen items may begin to thaw during transit but as long as the meat and gel packs are still cool you should be able to refreeze the meat and use as desire. All orders received on Thursday thru Sunday will be held for the following Monday.

Shipping Restrictions: we do not currently ship to PO Boxes. All shipments require a street address we do not currently ship to APO and other US Military locations due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to Canada or internationally.

Tracking Information: Tracking information for your order will be emailed to the email address that you provide with your order. It is a good idea to check your tracking emails due to the product may arrive sooner than your expected date. You may call (888) 389-8820 between 9 am and 5 pm Central Standard Time Mon-Fri to find out the status of your order or to answer any concerns.

Return Policy and Order Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise. The company will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment. Please check all addresses carefully. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order with advance notice. We will do whatever we can to honor your request, but if the order has already begun the shipping process, we cannot change it or cancel it. Therefore, if you must cancel an order, please do so before 12:00 p.m. CST on the day it is scheduled to ship. Any orders shipping during the holiday season (October 1 – January 15th) may be canceled up to 12:00 pm CST on the day prior to shipping. Cancellations received after this time cannot be accommodated and the order will ship as scheduled.
