Bar-B-Que Bison Meatballs

Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • 2 lbs ground TenderBison
  • 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs

Sauce:

  • 12 ounce chili sauce
  • 1 (16 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Both sweet and savory, these bar-be-que bison meatballs is an appetizer that the whole family is sure to love.

  1. Mix meatball ingredients together and form into walnut size meatballs (cocktail size.) Brown meatballs.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
  3. Cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours. Makes 30 meatballs.
